Please contact our office at 800-352-3223 for instructions to return merchandise. To be eligible for full refund less the 20% restocking fee, returned merchandise must be in new condition for resale at retail price. If the customer returns an item that is not in new resalable condition they will pay a 30% restocking fee or the postage fees to have the damaged product returned to them. All merchandise returns must be made within ninety days from the date on the receipt. There are no refunds for any electronically formatted products or services (e.g., books for download, Principle Approach Commonwealth training courses fees).
