This text-based study is a succinct overview of the Biblical foundations and basic methods of the Principle Approach®
Because the Principle Approach® is a new way of thinking, it provides a way of honoring Christ's command to be transformed by the renewing of the mind. However, it is not an immediate, effortless effect. The renewing process takes heaping measures of prayer, time, reflective thinking, and a commitment to undoing bad habits. The Renewing the Mind: Self-Directed Study is not a destination, it is a baby-step in the long journey and arduous process of renewing your mind about education, history, and government (and many areas of life and living); it is a beginning to resetting your worldview to be in alignment with the heart of God, so that out of a renewed mind, you will be able to faithfully fulfill the calling to parent and teach the next generation.
In addition to the handbook (download) and six audio files, four additional volumes are required to complete the Self-Directed Study: Webster's 1828 Dictionary, Teaching and Learning America's Christian History: The Principle Approach (T&L), The Christian History of the Constitution: Christian Self-Government, Vol I (CHOC I), and The Christian History of the American Revolution: Consider and Ponder (CNP); and the expanded essay, "The Christian Idea of the Child".
